- Attempt fix at "step timeouts" - Made webwalker more reliable, it shouldn't move to random tiles before webwalking/after.

- Stability Patch: - Moved timer logic to GameTick, should be hang free. - incase of somehow a hang takes place, watchdog system is added. (highly doubt this will be used/needed.)

- Fix the "stop route" button not detecting when a route has finished. - Added advanced section for when you click "Edit Route", you can mark a route to repeat, and edit timings.
